On average it takes x long to make a game. There is no real answer to this, it depends on how good you want your game to be. With GameWeaver you can create simple games within an hour or so.

Sometimes this happens when you have a lot of sprites on the screen at once, it causes your gameboys cpu to work very hard, try reducing the number of sprites at that particular point.

You can publish your game and have it emailed to you, once received you can Play it on your Hardware via (flash cartridge(s) or wi-fi) or open up your favourite gameboy emulator and test/play your game

As GameWeaver is an online application, multiple people can login and work on the same game at the same time, so you can can work on the game together.

All games to reduce size on the server are compressed with WinZip/Winrar, you can get a free evaluation copy from winzip.com

A web browser that supports flash. GameWeaver allows you to make games online from anywhere although you need Flash 8.0 or Higher! PC & Mac work the same.
